We want you to enjoy your Olivia Florence purchases as fast as possible! Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched by COB the next business day.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours on the next business day. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch during busy sale periods such as Mother's Day and Christmas.

Olivia Florence ships with Australia Post and Couriers Please. It is important to understand that once your order leaves our warehouse delivery times may be out of our control and therefore subject to delays by our shipping companies. 

All Olivia Florence purchases are tracked. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email. In the event that no one is able to sign for your parcel, the courier will leave a card for you to make a collection from the nearest Post Office.

At this time, Olivia Florence is only available for purchase within Australia. We hope to welcome international orders in the near future.
