Returns & Exchanges
We hope you adore your Olivia Florence pieces, however we understand that you may need to return or exchange an item should it not be right for you.
You are welcome to lodge a return request within 10 days of your parcel being received. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original packaging and with all tags attached. Olivia Florence does not cover the shipping cost for returning an item and we recommend using a traceable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels.
All full priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit note. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please note all items purchased at a sale price are only eligible for exchange or credit note.
We make every effort to provide goods of the highest quality to our customers and we hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur, please notify us as soon as you notice any damage or fault with the product, and we will be happy to assist you further.
Return requests can be made via email to hello@oliviaflorence.com, please provide your order number and reason for the return and our customer care team will issue you a returns authorisation number.
